What happens next? Within 24 hours you should receive an e-mail from videos@peimaging.com. This e-mail will contain instructions for logging on to Vimeo and for viewing the videos.

What could possibly go wrong? If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours, one or more of the following may be causing the delay.

The e-mail ended up in your spam folder. Check your spam folder to see if the e-mail is there. I recommend that you take steps to make sure that e-mails from videos@peimaging.com are not sent to your spam folder. On many e-mail systems (but not all) adding videos@peimaging.com to your e-mail address book will prevent the e-mails from being sent to your spam folder.

PayPal has not approved the payment. If I receive a registration submission from you and I haven't received PayPal payment confirmation within 48 hours, I will e-mail you. At that point, it is up to you to work with PayPal to ensure payment.

The name on the PayPal payment confirmation e-mail does not match the name you registered with. This could happen if someone else is purchasing the video series for you or if you are paying for it yourself, but the name on your PayPal account is really different than your registration name.

Anything else. If you haven't received an e-mail within 48 hours, it is possible that your original e-mail is stuck in a time warp or a black hole somewhere. Seriously, redo the registration form (DO NOT pay PayPal a second time). Additionally, send me an e-mail at videos@peimaging.com and let me know that this is the second request. I will work to process it as quickly as possible.
